On September 25, 2025, Parloa will host WAVE 2025, a conference dedicated to the opportunities and impact of AI agents in customer service. The event will bring together experts from Parloa, leading industry representatives, and international guest speakers. The focus will be on how AI agents using natural language can change the interaction between companies and customers and usher in a new digital age after the web and mobile.
Confirmed speakers include representatives from OpenAI, Allianz Partners, Booking.com, BER – Berlin Brandenburg Airport, IKEA Germany, and MediaMarktSaturn.
Parloa is an AI company founded in 2018 and headquartered in Berlin. The company develops technologies for the use of AI agents in customer service and currently employs around 300 people in Berlin, Munich, and New York.
The WAVE 2025 program begins at 8:00 a.m. Starting at 5:30 p.m., an evening program with drinks, dinner, and a party will round off the conference day.
