AI and data-driven technologies are revolutionizing healthcare - but what does this mean for femtech and women’s health? From menstrual tracking apps to AI-assisted diagnostics and predictive health models, we are witnessing a transformative shift. However, with innovation comes critical questions: Who owns our health data? How do we ensure inclusivity and ethical AI?

  • Bea Aretz – Founder & CEO of Caona Health, tackling the gender data gap with AI-driven hormonal health solutions. PhD researcher at TUM Medical School specializing in AI for continuous hormone monitoring. Co-Founder of Femtech Deutschland e.V.
  • Flavia Saxler – PhD candidate at Cambridge University, researching AI’s role in reproductive health, wearables, and women’s safety. Former FemTech product manager and VC advisor, bridging ethics, AI, and digital health.
  • Camila Lombana-Diaz | AI Ethicist at SAP, specialising in AI ethics governance and operationalization. Researching the intersection between human rights and AI. Recognized in the 100 Brilliant Women in AI Ethics™ 2025.
