GenKI4Media User Workshop

On April 22, 2026, starting at 1:00 PM, the Fraunhofer Institute for Open Communication Systems FOKUS will host the GenKI4Media User Workshop in Berlin. The event focuses on the GenKI4Media project, which develops AI assistants for generating and processing multimodal media content, alongside innovations in transparency and knowledge organization for large language models (LLMs).

The workshop provides insights into initial project results and invites organizations to contribute practical use cases for generative AI. Topics include content analysis, processing, and generation across industries such as media, healthcare, manufacturing, and insurance. Participants are encouraged to present their own challenges and collaborate with experts to explore potential AI-driven solutions.

The program includes a project introduction, presentations of use cases, and an interactive World Café session addressing topics such as sovereignty, compliance, and user acceptance, followed by networking. The goal is to foster collaboration between research and industry and advance practical applications of generative AI.
