AI-SYMPOSIUM

The public event is part of the annual All Hands Meeting (AHM) of Germany's six centers of excellence for artificial intelligence: DFKI - German Research Center for Artificial Intelligence, Lamarr Institute for Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence, MCML - Munich Center for Machine Learning, ScaDS.AI - Center for Scalable Data Analytics and Artificial Intelligence, TUEAI - Tübingen AI Center and BIFOLD - Berlin Institute for the Foundations of Learning and Data. The AI-Symposium will explore the impact of AI research on science, society, politics, and economy in Germany and all interested parties are cordially invited.

Together with our distinguished guests, among them state secretary Mario Brandenburg (BMBF), state secretary Dr. Henry Marx (Berliner Senatsverwaltung Wissenschaft, Gesundheit und Pflege) and Prof. Dr. Sepp Hochreiter (AI Lab, Linz Institute of Technology), we will discuss the following topics: What are technical requirements for trustworthy AI? How do AI systems impact the transfer from science to industry? How can we promote the next generation of AI experts?
