As part of the BIFOLD Colloquium on February 24, 2026 (4:00–5:00 PM), Thomas Dohmke, PhD, will explore the transformative impact of artificial intelligence on software development. In his talk, “The New Age of Developer AI,” the former CEO of GitHub and current CEO & Co-Founder of Entire discusses how AI-powered developer tools are reshaping the way software is built and what this shift means for organizations in both business and education.
During his tenure at GitHub, Dohmke oversaw the growth of the platform to more than 150 million developers and the rise of GitHub Copilot, now one of the most widely adopted AI developer tools worldwide. The keynote will address the AI coding revolution, his return to founding with Entire, and the strategic questions organizations must confront in this new era of developer AI.
The event will take place on-site and will be followed by a discussion and an informal get-together.
